Boondhi - Unity in Diversity

This has been in the wish list for long ..and one fine evening when I felt , I was punishing myself too hard with my food choices....as if what the lock down was doing to me isn't enough ... I head to the kitchen counter with all that ferocity....
fry up the yellow drops.... add the hard ground nuts, crunchy curry leaves, crisply fried cashews ..and a few other nuts (trying to overcome the guilt of making the a snack that bathes in oil).... BINGO...all the ingredients with different colors and quality come together to make my taste buds react(such a rarity). .. and thus UNITY in DIVERSITY!!
